         Nate and I both worked at a large carpet cleaning company that demanded the best work that we could provide to their customers. I started there in 1999 and Nate in 2001. We both started as simple carpet cleaning technicians, but as the years went on our employers sent us to every class that was available by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration.
          Before long we had become very knowledgeable on how all types of carpet is constructed and the proper way to clean all types of carpet fibers. As time went on we were also certified in upholstery, fine area rug cleaning, color correction, installation and repair, Water Restoration, mold remediation and stone care. Nate eventually specialized in the Trauma/Bio-hazard part of the cleaning business. I decided doing warranty claims and correcting issues with new carpets for several nationwide carpet mills was more my style.
            Nate and I started Simply Clean Cleaning solutions in 2008. We decided to start Simply Clean because we saw ways to do jobs better and make customers happier, but we were limited to the system created by our employers. We both did all the service calls for the first seven years at Simply Clean, but as time went on it got harder to keep up intense labor of cleaning and running all the other aspects of business. 
             Today I run the office and scheduling and Nate runs Daily operations, Estimates and persistently updating our cleaning process and protocol. Nate still goes in the field to keep his skills up, and in part to always keep our technicians with newest advancements in technique and proper use of better cleaning agents, but also to make sure all jobs are done in a caring and respectful way.
           Years ago, a wise man told Nate and I, it does not matter what your job is if you do it to the best of your abilities, and you will be successful in whatever you do. We live by this every day.ph
